Water Treatment We Install and Keep Running
Our work covers four things: water testing, water softeners, whole-home filtration and reverse osmosis. The test comes first because it tells us hardness, total dissolved solids and chlorine level, and those numbers decide which equipment makes sense. A softener protects your water heater and fixtures from scale, and a carbon filter takes out chlorine taste and odor at every tap. Reverse osmosis sits under the sink and feeds its own small faucet, so the water you drink, brew coffee with and freeze into ice runs through a fine membrane first. Many homes need one or two of these, not all four.

Whole-Home Filtration
A sediment prefilter and carbon tank on your main line that cuts chlorine taste and odor at every tap, set up so filter changes stay simple.
Water Softeners
Ion-exchange softeners sized from a test of your water and plumbed with a bypass valve and drain air gap, so your water heater and fixtures stay free of scale.
Reverse Osmosis
Under-sink reverse osmosis for cleaner drinking and cooking water, with prefilters and membrane sized to protect each other and last longer.
Water Testing
We measure hardness, TDS, chlorine, pH and iron at your tap and check whether the softener or filter you already own is still doing its job.
What Moves the Price of a System
Installed pricing depends on your water and your plumbing more than on a brand name. We give you the number by phone once we know a few details, and we break it into equipment and labor so you can see where the money goes.
We give installed pricing by phone after a short conversation or a free water test, with equipment and labor listed separately. Nothing is added after the fact without your say.
- Your test results
- Higher hardness calls for more resin capacity in a softener. High chlorine or a strong taste may mean a larger carbon tank instead of a cartridge filter.
- System type and capacity
- A whole-home carbon tank, a dual-tank softener and an under-sink RO unit are very different pieces of equipment. Flow rate matters too, since a home with several bathrooms needs media that keeps pressure up when two showers run at once.
- Where the main line is
- Some homes already have a pre-plumbed softener loop, usually two capped stubs near the water heater or the main shutoff, and connecting to it takes only a few fittings. Where no loop exists, the plumber cuts into the main line and adds the bypass and unions by hand, which takes more parts and more hours.
- Drain and power access
- Softeners need a drain for the regeneration cycle and an outlet for the control valve. RO units need a drain saddle under the sink and sometimes a hole for a dedicated faucet.
- Add-ons
- Running an RO line to your refrigerator, adding a remineralization stage or fitting a sediment prefilter ahead of the softener each adds parts and labor.
- Ongoing upkeep
- We include the running costs in our explanation: salt, replacement cartridges and an eventual membrane. A cheaper unit with expensive filters can cost more over ten years.

A Small Company Focused on Water Treatment
We do one kind of work: testing household water and installing the equipment that treats it. That focus means we know how resin beads foul, how carbon media exhausts and how scale builds on a water heater element, and we can explain each in plain terms.
Our view is simple. A good system should run quietly for years with routine care, and the cheapest fix is often maintaining what is already in your home. Where new equipment is the right call, we install it so the next filter change is easy and the parts are standard enough to find later.

Why Homeowners Choose Us for the Long Run
Treatment equipment is only worth buying if it keeps working. We plan every install around how it will be maintained five and ten years from now.
Sized from your numbers
We size a softener by grains per gallon and your household's daily water use, not by the biggest tank on the truck. A correctly sized unit regenerates less often, uses less salt and wears its control valve more slowly.
Built for easy service
We place bypass valves, sediment prefilters and cartridge housings where you can reach them. Changing a filter should take minutes, not a flashlight and a crawl behind the water heater.
A straight answer on old equipment
If you already have a softener or filter, we look at it during the water test. When a resin bed or control head can be serviced, we say so before quoting anything new.
Install included with your system
When you buy a water treatment system from us, installation is part of the price. One of our partner plumbers handles the connections, the drain line and the startup.
A maintenance plan you can follow
Before we leave, you get a plain schedule: when to add salt, when to swap carbon or sediment cartridges and roughly when an RO membrane is due.

How a Job Runs From First Call to Startup
Most installs follow the same four steps. The order matters, because skipping the test is how people end up with the wrong equipment.
- 1
A phone call
Tell us what bothers you about your water: spots on glass, a chlorine smell, crusty faucet aerators or a tired old softener. We set a time for a free water test.
- 2
The water test at your home
We check hardness, total dissolved solids and chlorine, and we look at where your main line enters and whether a softener loop exists. You see the readings as we take them.
- 3
Your recommendation and price
We explain which system fits, why it fits and what it will need each year. You get installed pricing with every part named, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
- 4
Install, startup and the upkeep talk
A partner plumber connects the system, sets the bypass, programs the control valve and checks for leaks. We walk you through the salt level, the filter schedule and how to bypass the system if you ever need to.
Questions We Hear Most
Do I actually need a water softener?
Hard water is common across the West Valley, but we still test before recommending one. If the reading shows enough hardness to scale your water heater and fixtures, a softener pays for itself in longer appliance life. If the number is low, we will tell you to skip it.
Is the water test really free?
Yes. The water test is free with zero obligation. We take the readings in your home, explain what they mean and give you installed pricing if a system makes sense. You decide afterward, with no pressure either way.
What is included in the installation?
Installation is included with our water treatment systems. That covers connecting to your main line or softener loop, setting the bypass valve, running the drain line, programming the control valve and a leak check at startup.
What warranty comes with the equipment?
Qualifying systems carry a lifetime warranty on the system tanks. We will tell you during your quote whether the system you are considering qualifies.
How much upkeep does a softener or filter need?
Lift the brine tank lid and look at the salt. When it sits below the water line, pour in another bag; how often that happens comes down to your hardness reading and how much water your household runs through. Carbon and sediment cartridges are changed on a schedule based on gallons used, and an RO membrane outlasts its prefilters. We leave you a written schedule so nothing gets missed.
Can you work with the softener I already have?
We look at existing equipment during the water test. If the control valve works and the resin still softens properly, keeping it may be the better choice. If it is past saving, we explain why before quoting a replacement.
Does reverse osmosis waste a lot of water?
Every RO unit sends some water to the drain to flush the membrane. Newer units and a properly sized system reduce that ratio, and softened feed water helps the membrane last longer. We explain the tradeoff for your setup before you choose.
